Foxtons case study: In-branch personalised stationery
A simple task of producing business cards for a company that has over 500 employees in over 35 locations, administration and management was never going to be simple. Altaimage has used Web2print technology to revolutionize the task. All Foxtons staff now have the direct ability to securely create, approve and order their own stationery on-line 24/7. The contract has now been in place for over 6 months and has been so successful it has now been rolled out to the international offices and sister companies.

At Altaimage we employ the latest and best of breed technology to support and enhance our skilled professional teams, Foxtons have been delighted in our approach to solving the administration and brand guideline control issues of producing the in-branch stationery, we listened, and delivered a bespoke solution that provides on-demand quality digital printing services with a complete workflow to suit Foxtons, on-time and on-budget.
Foxtons staff access a secure website, chose an appropriate template and enter details in fields where required, some fields are free fill, some are intelligent and are pre-completed using information gathered as the process is completed. Once all fields are complete a PDF proof is automatically created for approval with 10 seconds to the user through their browser. Once content is approved and the order is made for print within the interface the administrator a Foxtons is automatically notified to provide a second-line approval with the authorisation to print. Print ready artwork is then automatically transferred directly to the press to print. Items are delivered directly with standard turnaround provided with 24 hours, this can be faster if required.
